You know what hurts the most about this scene? That he believes it. That he honestly, with every inch of his body, believes what his father is telling him. He looks around for help but no one is there to stop it. Not even Scott.
When Gerard takes Stiles, Scott doesn’t come to rescue him either. He has no one. And nothing. Except his father, but if he stays wrapped up in this werewolf business either one of them will get hurt. That’s why he ignores Scott’s messages that night.
So he puts on a brave face to hide his true emotions, (which we see him shout at Lydia during the finale) pretending like everything is ok. Like he isn’t scared half to death. He may be the kid with the brains but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a heart
^^^Everything above^^^ Everyone else is shocked by their hallucinations or try to fight back. Stiles doesn’t. He just stands there and takes it because he truly believes it to be true. He believes that the last remaining member of his family blames him and hates him. What else kills me is the fact that right now and before it, he is completely sober. Yet the next time we see him, he’s practically passed out. He looks void of all emotions, totally blank and unresponsive. So either he got himself plastered trying to forget what he saw, or it truly made him just shut down. I just cannot with all this. I really cannot.
